This service is only for LG smartphone that can connect LG appliances and apps.
When your smartphone is not connected to LG appliance, it does not work.
Also, it cannot be arbitrarily removed or changed because it is one of the default apps of LG smartphone.
It is highly recommended to keep your device up to date with latest software update in order to get changes such as function/feature improvements and bug/security fix for the best user experience.
